| Home-Study Program "Producing Readable Transcripts" This home-study program is designed for those with a busy life. The study can be completed in descrete sections which allows you to stay in touch with all your obligations and finish your required training hours. The course covers grammar, punctuation, proofing, and research: all the elements which we as reporters must consider in preparing our transcripts. At the end of each section is an exercise. Once you have finished reading the material, complete the exercises and return them to me in the envelope provided. I will review them and indicate if I disagree with you and what I would do differently, then return the exercises to you for you to keep. At that point I will also include the forms you need to get your credits with my portion already filled out. It's really low tech and simple. Easy for everyone to follow.
